Over the years, we have successfully recruited a large number of workers for various satisfied clients across the Middle East.

As we are keen to establish a long-term partnership with your esteemed organization, we would like to propose a Manpower Recruitment Agreement between your company and Yahya International Services for the recruitment of professional, skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workforce. We specialize in sourcing talent from across India, where we operate offices in multiple cities. This enables us to efficiently select qualified candidates based on your specific regional preferences and staffing needs.

Furthermore, we also have established offices in Nepal, Bangladesh, and Pakistan, allowing us to efficiently source manpower from multiple regions. We are eager to enter into a recruitment arrangement with your esteemed company that will relieve you of the complexities and pressures associated with direct hiring.

We maintain a large and active database of CVs across various industry sectors. In addition to this, we conduct targeted headhunting campaigns to identify and attract candidates who are best suited to your specific requirements. To ensure the successful procurement of all categories of workers, we also advertise your vacancies through leading newspapers and social media platforms in the countries from which you wish to recruit.

All shortlisted candidates are meticulously interviewed and trade-tested by our expert recruitment team to ensure that only the most qualified and suitable applicants—fully aligned with the specifications provided by your organization—are selected.

We are fully prepared to furnish any type of guarantee in your favor, serving as an indemnity for supplying experienced and competent personnel as per your defined requirements, along with a committed timeline for their deployment.

Our standard guarantee period extends to two months from the date of deployment. If, during this period, any worker is found to be unsuitable, we will arrange for their repatriation at our expense and promptly provide a suitable replacement at no additional cost to you.

In case you wish to personally interview or trade test the workers, we will be pleased to make all the necessary arrangements for your visit. One of our senior representatives will accompany you throughout to ensure a smooth, comfortable, and successful recruitment experience.

OTHER TERMS AND PROCEDURES
  • We typically require a lead time of approximately three weeks to organize interviews and trade tests in the countries from which we recruit.
  • We would be pleased to invite your company’s engineer to visit our testing centers at our overseas locations to personally conduct interviews, trade tests, and select the required candidates. We will ensure that all necessary arrangements are made to facilitate a smooth and productive visit.
  • After the selection is completed, we will conduct the medical examinations and forward the workers’ passport copies and photographs to your company to facilitate the processing of their employment visas.
  • Upon issuance of the employment visas, we will complete all necessary departure clearance formalities in the workers’ respective countries and coordinate their deployment according to your required arrival schedule. The standard mobilization period is typically 3 to 4 weeks from the date of visa issuance.
  • We offer a two-month replacement guarantee for all workers recruited through us. If any worker is found to be unsuitable or medically unfit during this period, we will arrange for their repatriation and provide a suitable replacement at no additional cost.
  • In accordance with the overseas employment regulations of most countries, the standard duration of an employment contract is typically two years.
  • At the end of the contract period, if your company decides to repatriate the workers, it will be responsible for providing their one-way return air tickets.
  • Leave / Vacation: If your company chooses to extend an employee’s contract and requires them to return to duty after a vacation in their home country, your company will be responsible for providing a round-trip air ticket.
  • Working Hours: The standard work schedule will be (6) six days per week, with (8) eight working hours per day. Any additional hours worked beyond this will be considered as overtime and compensated accordingly.
  • Worker Facilities: Standard facilities such as accommodation, food, transportation, and medical care should be provided free of charge by your company.
  • Employment Terms: All other terms of employment will be in accordance with the applicable labor laws and regulations.
